Terms & Policy

WanOne Terms & Policy

These terms explain the basic rules for creating a WanOne account, using a workspace, paying for a subscription, and allowing WanOne to process model information so the product can operate and improve.

Effective date
October 20, 2026
Applies to
Free accounts, individual workspaces, enterprise tenants, and internal/community access

1. Agreement

By creating an account, starting a workspace, or continuing to Stripe Checkout, you confirm that you are authorized to use WanOne and accept these Terms & Policy on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

2. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

Paid WanOne plans are recurring subscriptions processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize WanOne and Stripe to charge the selected payment method for the plan, taxes, and any approved renewal or usage-based charges.

If you cancel a subscription, the cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current paid billing cycle. Your workspace remains available until that cycle ends, and the cancellation does not automatically create a refund for the unused portion of the period unless WanOne agrees or applicable law requires it.

If a renewal payment fails, including because a card expires, WanOne may rely on Stripe’s payment retry, card update, invoice, and notification tools. Workspace access may be limited, suspended, or ended if the subscription cannot be collected.

2.1 AI allowance and estimated usage

These provisions apply to AI access offered by WanOne for the AI Assistant, model authoring, code generation, and worker tasks.

Availability and limits

WanOne-provided AI allowance is subject to your plan, subscription eligibility, fair-use and security controls, and provider availability and rate limits. A displayed allowance does not guarantee uninterrupted AI access, a fixed number of requests or tokens, access to a particular model, or completion of a task. It is not a guarantee that the same allowance will be offered in a future subscription period. Express commitments in your purchased plan or written agreement, and rights under applicable law, remain in effect.

Billing-cycle allocation and percentage changes

At initial paid activation and each successful subscription renewal, WanOne calculates and records your cycle's included AI allowance using the plan's public price and AI allowance percentage then in effect, not its future price. The allocation is capped at 50% of that public price and rounded down to whole cents. The allocated amount stays fixed for that billing cycle; your remaining balance decreases as usage is recorded or reserved.

WanOne may adjust, reduce, or discontinue the AI allowance percentage without prior notice for future billing cycles. Changes apply at the next successful renewal and do not reduce an allocation already recorded for the current cycle. Any notice or continued provision required by applicable law or an express commitment in your purchased plan or written agreement remains applicable.

How usage is estimated

Usage is estimated from recorded input and output tokens and the applicable provider/model rates used by WanOne. Input may include your prompt, conversation history, EA model context, instructions, and tool results. A worker task may make multiple AI requests. Cached input, reasoning tokens, and other provider-reported usage may be accounted for differently according to the model and available usage records.

Displayed dollar amounts and remaining balances are estimates, not provider invoices or cash balances. Actual provider charges may differ because of pricing changes, rounding, discounts, taxes, or delayed or incomplete usage reports. Balances may be adjusted as usage is recorded or reconciled. A task budget is a spending control, not a guarantee of an exact final cost or a completed result.

Expiry: no carryover

Unused included allowance expires at the end of the subscription billing period to which it applies. For a monthly subscription, it does not carry over to the next subscription month, accumulate, or extend the period. Billing periods follow your subscription dates and may not match calendar months. Any allowance for the next period depends on the renewed plan and eligibility.

Shared usage, reservations, and unsuccessful attempts

A workspace allowance is shared across its users and eligible AI features, including API and worker modes. WanOne may reserve an estimated amount for ongoing work, reducing the available balance before final usage is recorded. Reservations may remain while interrupted or uncertain usage is reconciled. Requests may pause or be declined when the available allowance cannot cover the next request.

AI processing that has already occurred may consume allowance even if you stop the task, an attempt fails, or the output does not meet your expectations. A retry or new attempt may consume additional allowance.

Included allowance and your own API connections

Included AI allowance is non-refundable and has no cash value. It cannot be withdrawn, sold, or transferred between workspaces. Unused, expired, reduced, or discontinued allowance does not entitle you to a refund or credit, including a refund of subscription fees solely on that basis, except where required by applicable law or expressly provided in your purchased plan or written agreement.

Requests made with your personal or tenant-owned API connection are billed under your agreement with that provider and do not use WanOne's included allowance. You are responsible for those provider charges and limits. Having an unused WanOne allowance does not reimburse charges incurred on your own API connection.

3. Customer model data and WanOne improvement rights

You keep ownership of the enterprise architecture models, business architecture objects, process models, service designs, data models, generated artifacts, and other content that you or your users create in WanOne.

You grant WanOne permission to host, read, process, analyze, back up, restore, and display your workspace model data as needed to provide the product, troubleshoot issues, secure the service, support users, generate outputs, and improve WanOne’s AI-assisted modelling features.

WanOne may use aggregated, de-identified, or generalized learnings from customer models and usage to improve product quality, recommendations, validation logic, and AI-assisted modelling behavior. WanOne will not sell your model data, publish your private model as a standalone asset, or copy it into an unrelated customer workspace.

4. Privacy and security

WanOne uses account, tenant, subscription, and usage information to operate the service, manage access, provide support, maintain billing records, and improve reliability. You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for inviting only authorized users into a workspace.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use WanOne to upload unlawful content, violate another party’s rights, attack or disrupt the service, bypass access controls, reverse engineer protected systems, or create generated outputs that you are not authorized to use.

6. AI-assisted output

WanOne AI output is assistive. You are responsible for reviewing generated models, designs, code, recommendations, validations, and documentation before using them for business, technical, legal, security, compliance, or production decisions.

7. Changes and contact

WanOne may update these Terms & Policy as the product, pricing, or operating practices change. Changes to the included AI allowance percentage for future billing cycles are governed by section 2.1. We will provide notice of changes to these terms where required by applicable law or your agreement. Posting revised terms does not by itself record a new acceptance from an existing customer. For questions about these terms, contact WanOne support or your WanOne account representative.
